Procurement webpages for many large organizations in St. Johns County and Northeast Florida are linked below. Some have direct links to bid opportunities and some list their bids on systems, such as DemandStar.

DemandStar allows all companies one free agency. For example, when a company chooses “St. Johns County School District” as their free agency, they should receive notifications and have access to all competitive solicitations. Note, “St. Johns County” and “St. Johns County School District” are recognized as two separate agencies. Choose the specific agency to receive Bids/RFPs.

DemandStar is a web-based electronic procurement system allowing vendors 24 hour access to information related to solicitations. Vendors may register to receive notification of one agency solicitations, free of charge (DemandStar allows companies to receive notification from a single agency at no cost). There is no charge for documents that are electronically downloaded from the website by DemandStar subscribers in their subscription service territory.

Vendors that wish to receive notifications and full functionality of the DemandStar website, may visit the DemandStar Registration web page. After you are logged onto the page, select the “Onvia DemandStar FREE AGENCY” option; other options are available for vendors. Finally, on the form that opens, enter the required information for your business.

State of Florida | Florida Department of Veteran Affairs

The State of Florida uses a web-based procurement system called “MyFloridaMarketPlace.” This system is designed to streamline interactions between vendors and state government entities that purchase goods and services, and provides a user-friendly Internet portal where vendors can register, receive information on upcoming bids, post information on products and services, and receive purchase orders electronically. Vendors must be registered in the system to conduct business with the State.

Log on to the MyFloridaMarketPlace website to complete the registration process. To access online registration, log on to https://vendor.myfloridamarketplace.com/admin/index.jhtml. Clay County
Businesses are encouraged to register with Clay County to receive invitations for bidding opportunities. Vendor input forms and upcoming bids are available at www.claycountygov.com/departments/purchasing-division.

Flagler County
Flagler County uses VendorLink, a free internet portal. Businesses are encouraged to sign up to register to receive email notification of upcoming solicitations. For more information, visit: http://www.flaglercounty.org/departments/open_bids_-_flagler.php

University of North Florida
Businesses are urged to register as a vendor with Procurement Services. Visit the Vendor Resources webpage at www.unf.edu/procurement/Vendor_Resources.aspx.
